First Parts Tree is Factory-Sealed. Both seats are broken. One is bent back and hanging on but the other one is broken off completely. The rest of the parts on the tree are in new shape.
Second Parts Tree is open, no bag. That one is missing both the seats. The rest of the parts are there and in new shape.
